If you consider yourself to be highly skilled with computer hardware and software, we would like to talk with you. This position is responsible for 1st and 2nd tier support to a worldwide customer base. Candidates will have a strong background in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues and will possess excellent verbal/written communication skills for documenting highly detailed service and support cases and communication with customers.

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits and many extras.
